The tabs on this page provide you with details on the Going Abroad Checklist. This information will help you complete what is on the "Return to Avans" section of the list.

Apply for a VSBfonds grant

You can apply for a grant with the Dutch VSBfonds fund if you are about to graduate and intend to travel abroad to continue your studies or do research.

VSBfonds annually makes a number of grants available to passionate and driven students who want to continue to grow. The fund attaches greater importance to motivation and community involvement than to outstanding grades. The VSBfonds grant is a non-repayable grant of up to €10,000.

The application deadline is 1 March. You can read more and apply via the Dutch-language website of VSBfonds.
