Model work placement agreements
From this page you can download the Avans model work placement agreements.
Different agreements apply to different types of work placements. Please make sure to use the agreement that applies to your placement:
Avans work placement agreement
Please use this agreement for the following:
- work placement of 6 months or longer
- work placement that runs over 2 study periods
Avans short-term work placement agreement
Please use this agreement for the following:
- work placement shorter than 5 months
- work placement that runs over a period shorter than 2 study periods
- job shadowing
