The International Office will register you with the partner institution after your school has approved your request for a stay abroad. This process is called 'nomination' and takes place from 15 March (semester 1) and from 20 September (semester 2) .

You will receive a confirmation email from the IO about this no later than 15 April (semester 1) or 15 October (semester 2).

The partner institution will subsequently send you an email listing the next steps. This may take a while depending on the partner institution. Please contact the IO if you have not heard from the partner institution by 1 June (semester 1) or 1 November (semester 2).
